Cancellation conditions
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
If you unexpectedly have to CANCEL your reservation, the following conditions apply:
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge within 48 hours of your booking.
- For cancellations up to 8 weeks before the reserved date, a booking fee of € 25 will be charged (we charge transaction costs for credit card payments)
- For cancellations up to 4 weeks before the reserved date, we charge 20% of the total invoice
- For cancellations between 3 and 4 weeks before the reserved date, we charge 30% of the total invoice
- For cancellations between 2 and 3 weeks before the reserved date, we will charge 50% of the total invoice
- For cancellations between 1 and 2 weeks before the reserved date, we charge 75% of the total invoice
- For cancellations within one week before the reserved date, we will charge 100% of the total invoice. The same applies if you do not show up or leave earlier than the planned end date
If you wish to CHANGE your reservation, the following conditions apply:
- You can change your booking free of charge up to 4 weeks before the reserved date
- Between 3-4 weeks before the reserved date we will charge 10% of the total invoice if you want to change
- Between 2-3 weeks before the reserved date we will charge 25% of the total invoice if you want to change
- Between 1-2 weeks before the reserved date we will charge 50% of the total invoice if you want to change
- It is not possible to change your booking within a week before the arrival date. In that case the cancellation conditions apply.
Please note that if you change your reservation from low season to high season, a difference in overnight price is possible.
